Verizon Innovation Center

San Francisco, CA

The 17,300 SF Verizon Innovation Center in downtown San Francisco was constructed as the West Coast counterpart to the thriving center in Waltham, Mass. The success of the Waltham center drove demand and spurred the creation of the San Francisco version, implemented one year later.

We designed an open, flexible venue for Verizon to meet and collaborate with industry partners, customers and innovators. Excellent views of the Embarcadero, Bay Bridge, and Oakland Hills can be seen from the project’s top floors.

This site won three awards in 2014: The World Class Center Award and the World Class Marketing Award from the Association of Briefing Program Managers, along with IIDA’s award for Best Research Lab Design.
